Who are iD Studios
iD Studios is a brand-new podcasting studio space located in Mare Street Studios, Hackney. It provides creators with the best space possible with variations of different podcasting sets, offering what no other studio can. It is a studio born out of frustrations from the lack of top space in central London.
Why we partnered
iD Studios is the brainchild of iD Sports’ Jordan Pollock. Jordan identified a lack of quality podcasting studios in London, so presented the business idea of a best in class studio for creators, which given the podcasting industry is booming.
KHI not only backs the idea in itself, but also want to encourage and support our partners to be entrepreneurial, so this was seen as a great opportunity to show that to a key partner in Jordan and iD Sports.
What we helped with
KHI has been at the centre of moving this business from an initial idea to market. KHI is not only providing capital to support an ambitious growth plan, but has been hands on in business planning, marketing, budgeting and recruiting.
KHI’s ethos and encouragement of ‘intrapreneurship’ is the reason iD Studios exists. The Thompson sons have developed a platform where creativity and bravery is rewarded and new entrepreneurs can thrive.

Future plans
Once the first podcast studio is established, iD Studios plans to expand across London and to other cities in the UK.
The goal is to offer the best studio experience to the market, so that means always raising the bar and that will continue to be part of iD Studios’ plans.
